What happens if my tenant doesn’t pay rent?

Rent arrears can become a major issue if not addressed promptly.

Should a tenant fall behind we take swift action in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act.

What costs do I need to pay?

We are able to offer a simple package to cover letting fees, management fees, renewal fees and statement charges. We do not charge anything extra for periodic inspections, arranging quotes and maintenance, paying your water bills and invoicing the tenant, or attendance at NCAT (Tenancy Tribunal).
