Please pass onto the principals of JMRE what a pleasure it was to deal with Brandon. He made the process of listing and selling our little rental ‘shack’ at The Rock a very easy and smooth one. He constantly kept us in the loop with what was happening with the property, inspections, etc. He always replied to my phone calls or emails with efficiency. When he suggested that we reduce the sale price of the property (which we were initially against), he did not put any pressure at all on us when we were hesitant about doing so.
